A Few of My Favorites

With the New Year just around the corner, I wanted to take a quick glance back at a few of my favorite posts. So, if you have a free moment to catch up, then check out these oldies but goodies …

I’m a Perfect Mess

Of course, I want to thank all of my Messy Marriage Team Writers – Stacey Micklevitz, Gary Steffaniak, Kimberly Green, Scott and Heather Copple. Messy Marriage would not be the same without their contribution. So, if you have time, check out their great posts too!

Happy New Year!

You inspired me to re-read these posts, and I have to say that my favorite of these is Facebook Affairs, next is I’m a Perfect Mess. Your FB post tempts me to update my status to reflect that I am, indeed, elbow deep in laundry! 😉 It also reminds me to remain aware of how I perceive others and how I am perceived BY others. Which also overlaps into Perfect Mess. And, for the record, I am so blessed that you let me know the real you and that you let me call you friend! Enjoy your week. See you soon! 🙂

  2. And I feel so blessed to be your friend too, Stacey. You’ve supported me and Messy Marriage in so many ways–from listening ear and caring heart to writing some insightful and wise posts. I’m so thankful that God brought our similar passions together. I can’t wait to see what He does with all of our “real-life” stories. *Hugs*

  3. I have a heart for reaching those who are in the military too. In fact, I have a friend whose husband’s in the military and I’m hoping for some recurring articles from their point of view in the future. As far as those who’ve survived an affair, you might want to check out http://www.refineus.org. They have a great blog/ministry that speaks to the affair that rocked their marriage and ministry (he’s a pastor). Thanks for coming by and encouraging me! I’ll have to check out your site next! 🙂

  4. Beth, It looks like the Lord has given you quite a mission field here! We work with the military, where approximately 80-85% of marriages end in divorce! I will be stopping by regularly, now that I know you’re here.I had one military wife, now divorced, ask me if I knew of any success stories of folks who are still married after an affair. Do you know of anyone who has had victory over an affair? Thanks for your input. In Christ,Lisawww.LisaRaub.com
