What a great reminder. Thanks for your thoughts. Bless you.

Yes! I love the reminder that our husbands are children of God, which will help us treat them like the treasures they are. Your idea of printing the Bible verses is an excellent one, too.I’m also with you on trying to internalize the truth. I often have a wide gap between what I know is true and what I feel. I have learned that I can’t trust my feelings, but I hope to reach the point where that gap isn’t so wide!

Having grown up in an angry marriage, I swore my marriage wouldn’t follow that example. From the beginning we gave our marriage to God as new believers and we don’t yell. :o) We discuss at times, but yelling had been banned since day 1.

This is wonderful. Reading together. Reciting together. Beautiful. This verse is on our post as well today and one other so far. God is really speaking this truth into me the last few days. I’m so thankful you wrote on it. I’m going to implement the practice of finding how God sees my husband and write those down too. Thank You Beth.
